Truthful Tuesday, October 4, 2016

Have you ever heard those famous words that we might say while traveling on a really long road trip or plane ride? Did you know they actually wrote a book about riding in a car for a very long time and being bored? We shared our personal stories as we made connections to this very funny topic to us. Some of us had stories that came from other parts of the world and others had stories that were closer to Calgary. It was interesting to hear how similar our stories were. We then selected a writing prompt to focus our ideas and thoughts. After writing we worked on drawing and creating a map of the school. We checked our maps against the criteria and then made adjustments to the final map. Just a reminder that parent teacher conferences are Thursday night and Friday during the day. There is also a book fair in the Learning Commons.
